SYDONIA World, a Customs Management Information System, launched.

The National Directorate for Public Procurement Control (DNCMP), an e-procurement portal that contains information on tender notices and contracts, was made operational. The Integrated Public Finance Management System (SIGFIP) implemented.

A portal that integrates the websites of the main institutions of Togo (Portail de la République Togolaise) was launched. A public services portal (Service Public de l’administration togolaise) was launched. The Strategic Plan for the Development of eHealth 2013-2015 approved. The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications made in charge of the Digital Economy. SEGUCE Togo, a company operating the Single Window for Foreign Trade in Togo, was established. The SEGUCE online portal enables registration, declaration, payment and other transactional services.

DIMANA, a Tax Information Management System platform, was launched. The portal offers tax registration, filling and payment services.

The Digital Infrastructure Company (Société d’Infrastructures Numériques, SIN) a state-owned telecommunications assets company, was established.

The National Development Plan (NDP) 2018 – 2022, that aims to leverage digital economy in order to modernise government administration, was published.

Regulations

The Togo 2025 Government Roadmap, a new national development strategy that aligns with the NDP and aims to make Togo a regional digital hub, was adopted.

e-Health

Togo Digital Agency (Agence Togo Digitale, ATD), a department responsible for the implementation of the national digital transformation projects, was established. The process of establishment of the National Digital Health Center was initiated by the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene and the Pierre Fabre Foundation.

The Digital Togo 2025, a digital transformation strategy published. The one-stop shop public services portal was renewed. Relaunch of e-Vise service in Togo – Togo VOYAGE. The e-ID Togo project, approved under the WURI program funded by the World Bank, is implemented by Atos and IDEMIA.

Launch of an e-service allowing declaration of civil associations through the national portal.

The Arbitration Court of Togo (CATO) implemented the digital platform for arbitration procedures for commercial disputes. Lomé Port Authority (PAL) announced the digitalization of trade document procedures and launched the ADACE app for business creation. The NanaTech Immersion program launched with the objective to assist female entrepreneurs.

Initiation of a recruitment process to select a consultant to develop the nation’s next digital strategy (“Digital Togo 2025-2030”). Launch of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie’s “D-CLIC” digital training program for the youth.
