Venue: On 18-22 December 2023, the Winter E-Governance Knowledge Sharing Week for African officials was held in Moscow. Within the week, 44 representatives from 23 African countries, international (UN Economic Commission for Africa) and regional (IGAD, ECCAS) organizations, from heads of relevant departments to ministers, shared their experience of digitalization of public administration in their countries and got acquainted with Russian experience and solutions in this field.
