Launch of the a Digital Immunisation Registry, which keeps track digitally of all children under five with regard to vaccines and allows the Ministry of Health to monitor the progress and performance of facilities based on key performance indicators.

A new biometric ID project rolled out by Semlex. The E-Government Strategic Plan 2020-2024 developed. Launch of a new digital roadmap 2020-2024 ICT4D on behalf of the Ministry of Information and Communication Infrastructure (MOICI).

Launch of the My Child Solution Project within which a novel hybrid paper-digital solution that collects, shares, stores and distributes data was implemented. An e-tax service was launched on behalf of the Gambia Revenue Authority. It provides citizens with 11 service processes of the Domestic Taxes Department.
