The Ministry of Health convened a meeting with the National Planning Council to coordinate efforts aimed at launching the National Health Strategic Plan. Launch of the pilot phase of the Unified Electronic Services package. Pilot e-elections project which allows voter registration via SMS, and uses the Civil Registry database to automatically confirm voter information. The project was originally scheduled for December 2021 but postponed till 2023.

Introduction of a national ID system. However, the website and app for requesting an ID are not accessible. Launch of e-Libya project in cooperation with the ITU and World Bank. Since the rise of conflict in 2014, implementation of the project stopped until today. Both LPTIC and GACI identified the resumption of this project as a priority in the coming years.
