Electronic voting is conducted for the first time in Namibia. A data exchange layer X-Road implemented (in collaboration with eGA and Cybernetica SA). The five-year e-Government Strategic Action Plan 2014-2018. The Namibian Cabinet approved the introduction of the National Single Window. The system is not launched yet, the first stage of implementation is expected to start in December 2023.

Integrated HealthCare Management System (IHCMS) introduced by Navayuga Infotech: it established networks between 35 major healthcare facilities. Citizens were provided with smart cards with their medical records.
