In 2022 HSE University launched the e-Governance Knowledge Sharing Program, primarily focused on Africa and aimed at sharing the experience of developing and implementing e-Governance solutions between Russian and African institutions.
The knowledge sharing is to be carried out in the field of digital transformation of public administration, covering its theoretical aspect, regulatory framework, technologies and platforms, international rankings, trends, etc.

E-Gov Knowledge Sharing Week
Held from December 18 to 22, 2023, in Moscow, the first Winter E-Governance Knowledge Sharing Week united over 40 officials from 23 African countries. Delegates shared their experience of digitizing public administration in their countries, discussed the prospects and directions of further digitalization of the continent, as well as learned about Russia’s experience and solutions in the field of e-governance.
